Take Notice that I the said Henry Barnett< no role > intend to appear at
the next General Quarter Session of the peace to be holden in and for the County of
Middlesex at the Session house for the said County on Monday the Twelfthday
of January instant at Nine of the Clock in the Morning and then and there prosecute my Traverse with Effect on the
above mentioned Indictment preferred by You against me for an Assault Dated
the 2nd. day of January 1784
