Examination of Edward Robson Harris< no role > concerng
the Death George Wind
Who says that the said George Wind< no role > was bought into
the sick Ward about five of Clock of the 6th. Inst. in so
weak a state that [..] he [..] was not able to walk and
therefore was obliged to be bought in on another
Persons back that he had a piece of Bread clenched in his
fist but was quite insensible and had not Kind of
nourishment while in the Sick Ward till the Doctor came about 8 or 9 o Clock
when he gave him a Gill of Hot Wine but he was
past relief and died the next Morning On the
next [..] Morning the Coroner sat on the Body and
this Examinant further saith that he met Fletcher
the Turnkey between Gates who told him to say on
his Examination before the Coroner that he died
of a Set and further if he was asked he was to say
that he had every find of Nourishment and wanted
for Nothing and that on his Examination before the
Coroner he repeated those Word and that being asked
the followg Morning by W Gibbs his real Sentiments respecting the Boys
death he said the real sentiments of his Heart was
that the Boy died for want of every Necessary but was
afraid to make this declaration before they Coroner for fear of incarring
Fletchers displeasure
