To the Constable of the Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate , in
the County of Middlesex , or the Headborough there:And also
to the Contractor employed for the passing and conveying of
Regues and Vagabouds within the said County, and to all
Constables and other Officers whom it may concern,
to receive
and convey: and to the Church-Wardens, Chapel-Wardens, or
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Peter in Cornhill
in theCounty city of London
or either of them to receive and obey.

WHEREAS Jane Dennis< no role > Widow was

apprehended in the Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate , Aforesaid, as a
Vagabond Videlicit Wandering abraod & begging there

and upon Examination of the said Jane Dennis< no role > taken
before me in Writing, and upon Oath; which Examination is hereunto annexed,
it doth appear that her last legal Settlement is at the parish of St. Peter
in Cornhill aforesaid: These are therefore to require you the said
Constable, or other Officer to convey the said Jane Dennis< no role > to the said parish
of St. Peter in corn hill to the House of Correction at Clerkwell , been
Whence the said Contractor is to conveyto the parish of
that being the first Parish in the next
precinst through which ought to pass inthe direct the Way to the said Parish
ofto which Parish
to be sent and to deliverto the Constable or other Officer of such Parish
in such next Precinct together with this Pass and the Duplicate of the Examination
of the saidtaking his Receipt for the same: And
the saidto be thence
conveyed on in the like Manner to the said Parish of

there to be delivered to some Church-warden, Chapel-warden, or Overseer of the
Poor of the same Parish, to be there provided for according to Law. And you the
said Church-warden, Chapel-warden, or Overseer of the Poor are hereby required
to receive the said Person and Provide for her as aforesaid. Given under my
Hand and Seal this Thirteenth Day of December1783
