To the Worshipful Justices of the Peace to be Assembled at the
General Quarter Sessions of the peace in and for the County of
Middlesex
on Monday the 1st. day of December next.
I Catherine Mary Slack the abovenamed Prosecutrix
do hereby certify that the abovenamed Defendant Alexander
Calderhead< no role >
hath made Satisfactire and recempence to me the
said Catherine Mary Slack for the assault committed by him
upon me and and for which the above Indictment was preferred
[..] and therefore I do humbly request you the
said Justices to discharge the said Alexander Calderhead< no role >
from such Indictment and also from any recognizances that
may have been entred into by him and his Bail in Consequence
