Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor off
the Parish off Saint Paul
Shadwell in the County off
Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue off a Pass
Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals off
William Blackmore< no role > and Peter Greene< no role > Two of his
Majesties Justices off the Peace Acting in and for
the said County off Middlesex (One whereoff being
off the Quorum) bearing date 15th day for September
last Past Peter Cattenhorn< no role > the age of Sixteen Years or thereabouts was removed and Conveyed
from and out off the Parish off Saint George in the
said County off Middlesex to the said Parish off
Saint Paul Shadwell as the Place off the last legal
Settlement off the said Peter Cattenhorn< no role >

Your Petitioners conceive them
selves Aggrieved by the
Adjudication off the said Two
Justices and therefore humbly
Appeal to this Court again of
the same

And Your Petitioners will ever pray Etc
