To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the County of
[..] General Quarter Session of the Peace at the Session House in
the County Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne within the
Liberty of Westminster in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order under the hands and Seals
of David Walker< no role > and Philip Dyot< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices
of the peace in and for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing Date the Tenth Day of September last Samuel
Elliott
< no role > aged about thirteen Years (in the said Order described by the
Name of Samuel Ellard< no role > ) was removed and conveyed from the
Parish of Saint Giles in the said in the County aforesaid to the
said Parish of Saint Anne as the Place of his last legal Settlement
whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves to be Aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to
this Court against the Adjudication of the said two
Justices and their said Order And pray that Your
Worships will please to appoint some Day in
this present Session for the hearing and determining
the said Appeal and to Order that the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint
Giles in the Fields and all persons concerned do then attend this Court.
