To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of
the Peace in the County of Middlesex at the
General Session of the Peace assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint John in the City of Exeter

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of
Removal under the Hands & Seals of James Fielding< no role >
and William Hyde< no role > Esqrs two of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace acting in & for the City and Liberty of
Westminster (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing Date the twenty sixth day of July now last
[..] Ann Hitchfield< no role > Singlewoman was removed
and conveyed out of and from the Parish of Saint
James in the City of Westminster to the said Parish
of SaintJamesJohn by which your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal
to this Court against the Order and Adju-
-dication of the said two Justices and
pray your Worships will appoint a day
in this present Sessions for the Hearing
and Determination of the said Appeal
And your Petitioners will ever pray Etc.
