do Certify to the Worshipfull His Majestys Justices of the Peace
Assembled at their Quarterly Sessions, that we are House
Keepers, and Inhabitants of the Said Parish of Saint
George [..] we do further Certify that Allen
Pullen< no role > [..] Hamersmith Wheelwright , But now a
Prisoner [..] of the Kings Bench, hath full
Employ [..] Apprentice John Filbey, if the Said John
Filbey< no role > [..] to Come to be employed, by his Master,
Allen Pullen And we further Certify, that in a
Petition Presented to your Worships, on the 24th Instant
by the Said John Filbey< no role > , that the Said John Filbey, hath
Totally [..] presented the law, to your Worships. And
That the said celler Pullen in a Sober Industerous Man
Dated this 30th Day of October 1783
