The Chairman having informed the Court that he
had seen Mr Jorvaise Clerke [..] Esqr Mr Gorkam the Surveyor and Mr Tilbury
(Mr Jervaises Assent) and that a Number of Letters
had passed between him and Mr Jervaise in respect
to the purchase of the Ground in Cold Bath Fields
but that nothing had been finallydonesettled & havinghelaid
before the Court the following Letter from Mr.
Tilbury Vizt.
