December Session last at Session-House for the said County, but
not appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited; and
will be Estreated into the Court of Exchequer
, from whence
Execution will proceed for the levying 20
Pounds on your Goods and Chattels; unless Care be taken
to Stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at the
next Session, which will begin at Session-House aforesaid
on Tuesday the 29th Day of April Instant.
