Session-House, Clerkenwell-Green ,

You were bound to Appear a nd prosecute David Hughes< no role > P Thomas
Dyson
< no role > in October Session last at Session-House for the said County, but
not appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited; and
will be Estreated into the Court of Exchequer from whence
Execution will proceed for the levying 40
Pounds on your Goods and Chattels; unless Care be taken
to Stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at the
next Session, which will begin at Session-House aforesaid
on Tuesday the 28h Day of April Instant.
