The Information of George
Care
< no role > taken before me one of his
Majesty's Justices in and for the said
County

Who being upon Oath saith that he
keeps a House in Saint Catherine Lane
in the said County that on Sunday night
the Sixth of April instant when he
went to bed he pulled his Shoes off and
put them together with his Silver Buckles
behind a Chair which stood by the Chimney
in the room where he slept that in the
same Room in another bed slept [..]
a person now present who calls himself
James Young< no role > and who see him put the
Shoes & buckles in the place abovenamed
that when the said James Young< no role > getup
in the Morning this Informt saw him
stooping down to the place where the sd
Shoes & buckles where when he asked him
what he was doing there and he answered
nothing and went away and when this
Informt. came to put on his Shoes and
buckles he found his buckles had been
feloniously taken and Carried away
and from the Circumstances aforesd
he strongly suspects and verily belevies
that the sd. James Young< no role > is the person who
committed the felony as aforesd
