Who being upon Oath saith that he is
Servant to MrNHooper of Love Lane
Aldermanbury Broker that on Wednesday
afternoon the 5th of March instant above
four o Clock he was sent by his Master
with a bundle containing Sum and
Hosiery Goods to Mr Forget at Union
Stairs Wapping that a person now
present who calls him self David Hart< no role > This name instance is in set 3199.
met him in Wapping and told him his
Name was Fosget< no role > and called him a Young
Zascal and said he had been waiting for
him and desired he would go to his Masters
for another Bundle and took the Bundle
from him which he had upon his head
and went away with it And this Informats
further saith that he is positive me that
the sd. David Hart< no role > This name instance is in set 3199. is the person who
feloniously took and Carried away the
Bundle as aforesd
