The subsequent
A Report from the Committee appointed to Examine and
Audit the demands made upon this County by the Represent
their of Mr. William Herbert< no role > deceased and Mr. Charles Eylis< no role >
being laid before this Court and Read as follows vizt.

Here take in the Report
and it appearing unto this Court that the business charged for in [..]
said accts. [..] began in the year 1773 [..] within till meant the present him
Another was [..] made that the said Report be
confirmed and the same passing in the affirmative
name Con: It is ordered that the said Report be and
it is hereby rectified and confined accordingly.
And it is further ordered that the Treasurer of this
County do pay unto thesaidRepresentatives of the
said late William Herbert< no role > and unto the said Charles
Eyly
< no role > the respective sums of money so reported a
confirmed to be decide them respectively.

It being moved that petn 8 in
Byan Act of Parliament made and passed in the
22d Year of his present Majesty entitled An Act
for the mending & rendering more effectual the laws
be now read Whipping in the affirm a last [..] the
in being [..] relation to House of Correction [..]
Said Portion was read as follows viz And be it further
enacted that no person or persons & [..]

Whereupon it was moved that James Crozier< no role > Gentlemen
be admonished to confirm strictly to the Esther a right of the said out of Pl.
Governor of the House of Correction at Clerkenwell [..]
which to any agreed to and Mr Crozier being called & appearing
the said Clause was again read unto him and the
Chairman admonished him to pay strict attention
thereto accordingly
