Mr. Chairman further Reported that [..] in Confirmity
to the Order of Court [..] made in July Session last
in respect to the permission of any Public meetings to

have of his Majesty's Justices of the peace assembled

the Sessions & then only till the next Session of the

had been made to him by the Commissioners of
servers for Finsbury & Holborn divisions within

This County for leave to sit which he pursuant
