Certain Returns made in pursuance of an Order of the Court
of the General Session of the Peace of the 19th day of February last
by John Wild< no role > High Constable of Holborn Division thomas Hurford< no role >
High Constable of Finsbury Division and George Elliot< no role > High
Constable of the Tower Division all within this County concerning
there Trouble and the expences incurred by them in the execution
of certain Orders of Court for suppressing Rist Routs and
unlawfull assemblies or other breach of the Public Peace within
their respective Divisions in the month of February last being
laid before this Court and the same being read and it appearing
as well by the said returns as by the testimony of Several of
his Majesty's Justice of the Peace now here present that the said High
Constables had been very vigilant in the execution of the said
Orders that one of them had Suffered in his person and that all
of them had incurred a considerable expence in keeping their
respective Petty Constable together and to their Duty in the said
Service

Resolved that the Chairman be requested to lay the said
Returns before the Right Honourable Lord Viscount Weymouth
one of his Majesty's Principle Secretaries of State, and Sollicit his Lordship
to make the said High Constable such pecuniary recompence
for their diligence activity, trouble and expences in such service
as to his Lordship Shall seem meet

The Chairman having laid before the Court athe following
Letter,Vizrecommending on the Ground of full
Convenience In Opening at [..] ence he the intended
Sessions [..] from theHarpur Street 27th [..] West
end of the Town
