an Individual can do little, & ought
not to be singular, tho' I would be
bold and suffer much, to promote,
Industry, which is really the Happi
ness of the Many.
Cou'd not the Clergy be injoined to
report to the Justices, which of their
Poor Parishoners, neglected Church?
Printed Forms might be framed to
render this a most easy Task, by
a mere dot. O the Good that must
accrue therefrom!

You shall hear again from me
on the Subject of Beggars, and any
Evil that may occur for their Good.
