His Majesty's Justices of the peace for their county do
in this General Session of the peace assembled to
unanimously he check William Mainwaring< no role > Esquires
Chairman of the General and General Quarter Session
of the peace for their County for the and during sh. half
year now and coming and do also unanimously
return thanks to the saint William Mainwaring< no role >
for his able administrations of Justice as Chairman
and [..] [..] attenders to the deliver of the office
during the last half a year.

Order suspending
on the order made with
last session for allow
one penny half penny
to such of the prisoners
as perform land labour
until the County day
of mar session}

The following order made at the last session of the peace
holden for this County being read Vizt, "Ordered that
"each prisoners in New prison at Clerkenwell and at the House
"correction there be allowed one pound weight of good which some
" [..] a Sheaten bread per dim; and that each person
"in the House of connection at Clerkenwell during the time
"on by he or she performes hard Labour be allowed one
"lastpenny half penny per drim in aditch on to the
"General allowance of Bread". and it being represented
to their Court that which that shriffsdebtors [..] continue
to be empired by the Sheriffs of this County in the
House of Correction at Clerkenwell there is no room
or opportunity for employing person as wannthe
prisoners therein on tread labour,theIt is ordered
so far as respectly the allowance of the one penny half penny to each
session aggento be made8th pto of con at Clerkenwell during presence
that the said orders he and the same is hereby

suspended until the county day of the near sessions
of the peace to be holden for this County.
