within the Hundred of Ossulston , in the said County.

WHEREAS the Sheriff of the County of Middlesex hath produced and shewn
to us, William Mainwaring< no role > , Esquire, and the Reverend Sir George Booth< no role > ,
Baronet , two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County,
one whereof being of the Quorum, residing within the said Hundred of
Ossulston, in the said County, a certain Writ of Execution, issuing out of
the Court of King's Bench at Westminster , at the Suit of ANN SHARP< no role > , tested the
twenty-eighth Day of November last; whereby the said Sheriff is commanded, that of
the Goods and Chattels of Thomas Price< no role > and Thomas Snowden< no role > , two of the Inhabitants of
the Hundred of Ossulston, in his Bailiwic, he cause to be made One Hundred and Fifty-
three Pounds and Ten Shillings, which to Ann Sharp< no role > , lately in the same Court, were
adjudged for her Damages which she sustained, as well by Reason, of he unlawful
riotous, and tumultuous asembling of divers Persons, to the Number of twelve and
more, on the seventh Day of June, in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven
Hundred and Eighty, at the Parish of Saint Ann's Westminster , in the Said Hundred
of Ossulston, in his County, and then and there unlawfully, felloniously, and with Force
wholly demolishing a Dwelling-House of the said Ann, situate and being in the Parish
aforesaid, in the Hundred aforesaid, in the said County; and by Reason of the un-
lawful riotous, and tumultuous assembling of divers other Persons, to the Number of
twelve and more, on the said seventh Day of June, in the said Year of our Lord One
Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty, in the Parish and Hundred aforesaid, in the
said County, and then and there unlawfully, felloniously, and with Force demolishing
in Part another Dwelling-House of the said Ann, situate and being in the Parish afore-
said, in the Hundred aforesaid, in the said County; as for her Costs and Charges by
her about her Suit in that Behalf expended, whereof the said Thomas Price< no role > and
Thomas Snowden< no role > , two of the Inhabitants of the said Hundred of Ossulston, were
convicted.

AND WHEREAS the said Sheriff hath produced and shewn to us to a certain other
Writ of Execution, issuing out of the same Court, at the Suit of JOHN LIBERTY< no role > ,
tested the twenty-third Day of January last, whereby the said Sheriff is commanded, that
of the Goods and Chattels of John Jackson< no role > and John Vaughan< no role > , two of the Inhabitants of
the Hundred of Ossulston, in his County, he cause to be made One Hundred and seventy-
three Pounds, which to John Liberty, in the same Court, were lately adjudged for his
Damages which he had sustained; as well by Reason of the unlawful, riotuous, and
tumultuous assembly of divers Persons, to the Number of twelve and more, at the Parish
of Saint Catherine , within the Hundred of Ossulston, in the said County of Middlesex ,
and then and there unlawfully, feloniously, and with Force in Part demolishing two
Dwelling-Houses of him the said John Liberty, situate and being in a certain Place or
Street called Saint Catherine's Lane , at the Parish aforesaid, within the Hundred and
County aforesaid; and by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembly
of divers other Persons, to the Number of twelve and more, at the Parish aforesaid,
within the Hundred and County aforesaid, and then and there lawfully, feloniously,
and with Force in Part demolishing two other Dwelling-Houses of him the said John
Liberty, situate and being in the said Place or Street called Saint Catherine's Lane , at
the Parish aforesaid, within the Hundred and County aforesaid, and thereby then and
there wholly destroying and demolishing divers Goods and Chattels of him the said
John Liberty, wherewith the said last-mentioned Dwelling-Houses were furnished, and
which were then kept and deposited in the said last-mentioned Dwelling-Houses; and
by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous, assembly of divers other Per-
sons,
