At the Delivery of the Kings Gaol of Newgate holden for the
County of Middlesex at Justice hall in the old Bailey in the
Suburbs of the City of London on Wednesday the 20th. Febry. 1782.

Whereas Samuel Le Graves< no role > and others have
at this Session been tried for felony on the prosecution of
John Mitchiner< no role > and the said John Mitchiner< no role >
having prayed to be allowed for his
their expences and loss of time in the said prosecution
which this Court think reasonable It is therefore ordered
that the Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay
to the said John Mitchiner< no role > the sum of forty one shilling
