Doctors Commons London Gentleman maketh Oath
and Saith That upon the Thirtieth Day of January
last he this Deponent did attend the execution of the
within written Deed of General Release by the within
named James Williams< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > his Wife and
did then and there see the said James Williams< no role > and
Elizabeth his Wife subscribe their Names to and in due
form of Law seal and deliver the within written Deed
of General Release And this Deponent further saith
That the Names Jas. Williams< no role > and Eliz: Williams< no role > set
opposite to the Seals of the within written Deed are of
the proper and respective hands writing of the said
James Williams< no role > and Elizabeth Williams< no role > and that the
Names James Smith< no role > I Booth J. Graham and Chars.
Stamford< no role > subscribed as Witness to the within written
Deed are all of them the proper hands writing of this
Deponent the said other Witness thereto
