At the Delivery of the Kings Gaol of Newgate holden for the County of
Middlesex at Justice hall in the Old Bailey in the Suburbs of the City of
London on Wednesday the 9th. day of January 1782-

Whereas William Tingay< no role > and Thomas Luggitt< no role > have
at this present Session been tried for felony on the prosecution of
Thomas Allen< no role > and Abraham Hughes< no role > a
Witnesshaving prayed to be allowed for his
expences and loss of time in the said prosecution which this
Court think reasonable It is therefore ordered that the
Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the said Thomas
Allen< no role > Ten shillings and six pence
