at this Session been tried for felony on the prosecution of William
Marshall< no role >
and Martha Staples< no role >
a Witness
having prayed to be allowed for her
expences and loss of time in the said prosecution which this Court
think reasonable It is therefore ordered that the Treasurer
of this
County do forthwith pay to the said Martha Ten shillings
and Six pence.
