At the Delivery of the Kings Gaol of Newgate holden for the County of Middlesex at Justice
hall in the Old Bailey in the Suburbs of the City of London on Wednesday the 9th
day of January 1782

Whereas Nathaniel Wallis< no role > hath
at this present Session been tried for felony on the prosecution of Samo. Lowe< no role >
and Christopher Fleming< no role > & James Allen< no role >
two Witnesshaving prayed to be allowed for their Expences
and loss of time in the said prosecution which this Court think reasonable
It is therefore ordered that the Treasurers of this County do forthwith
pay to the said Christopher Fleming< no role > & James Allen< no role > ten
shillings & 6d. each.
