Peace in and for the County of Middlesex in their
General Quarter Session of the Peace assembled

The Humble petition and appeal of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the said County

Sheweth

That by and Order under the hands and Seals of Wm. Prigg< no role > [..]
& Wm. Hyde< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the City & Liberty of Westr. (one where of of the Quorum)
bearing date the 13th. day of Decr. last. Lucy Moss< no role > aged seven
Years was removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint
George Hanover Sqr . in the said County of Middlesex to
the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre by the Name of the
Parish of Saint Sepulchre without as the place of her last legal
Settlement whereby your petitioners conceive themselves
to the aggreved

Your Petitioners therefore appeal against
the said Order and humbly pray Relief in the
premises and that your Worships will be
pleased to appoint some day in this present
Sessions for bearing and determining this
their said appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever pray
