Middlesex


To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the said County of Middlesex
in their General Quarter Session of the Peace
Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Mary le bone in the Said
County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the hands and Seals of Wm. Quarrill< no role > and
John Staples< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the County of Middlesex aforesaid (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 21st.
Day of December 1781. Sarah Bourne< no role > Single Woman
was removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint
Mary Whitchapel in the said County of Middlesex
to the Parish of Saint Mary le bone aforesaid as the
Place of her last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Order of pass Warrant of the said
two Justices Do therefore Appeal to your Worships
therefore And humbly pray that you will hear
them in the Premises And order that the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
Saint Mary Whitchapel may appear before you
at a certain Day to be appointed to Hear and abide
the Judgement and determination of your worships
touching this Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever pray etc
