To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the
Peace in for the County of Middlesex in their
General Quarter Session of the Peace assembled

The humble petition and appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Saint Sepulctire
in the said County

Sheweth


That by an order under the Hands and Seals of Wm. Rugge< no role >
& Wm. Hyde< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace & for
the City & Liberty of Westminster (one whereof being of the Quourm)
bearing date the 13th. day of Decr. last Lucy Moss< no role > aged Seven Years
was removed and conveyed from the parish of Saint George hanover
Sqr . in the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint
Sepulchre by the Name of the Parish of Saint Sepulchre without
as the place of her last legal Settlement whereby your petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore appeal against
the said Order and humbly pray relief in the
premises and that your Worships will be pleased
to appoint some day in this present Session for
hearing and determining this their said appeal

And your petitioners shall ever pray Etc
