at this present Session been tried for felony on the prosecution of
James Jarvis< no role >
and the said James & Wm. Reeve< no role >
& Willm.
Grinsdale< no role >
two Witnesses having prayed to be allowed for their
Expences and loss of time in the said prosecution which this Court
think reasonable It is therefore ordered that the Treasurer of this
County do forthwith pay to the said James Jarvis< no role >
the sum of
twenty one shillings and the said William Reeve< no role >
and William
Grimsdale< no role >
twenty shillings & 6d. each.
