Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under
the hands and Seals of

two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the 28th. day of
November 1781

Insanity was removed and Conveyed from the
Parish of Saint George Hanover Square
within
the Liberty of Westminster
in the said County of
Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Mary le bone
as the place of his last legal Settlement
That your Petirs. conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Order or pass warrant
of the said two Justices Do therefore Appeal
to your Worships there from and humbly pray that you
hear them in the premises And that the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of Saint George

may Appear before you
