At the Delivery of the King's Goal of Newgate holden for he County of Middlesex
on Wednesday the 17thday of October 1781

Whereas Thomas Davis< no role >
hath at this present Session been Convicted of Felony on the Prosecution
of Jno. Bascombe< no role > & Jno. Warrell< no role > and [..] Geo: Johns< no role > two Witnesses
having prayed to be allowed for their Expences and loss of time in the said
Prosecution which this Court think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by
this Court that the Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the said
John Warrell< no role > fifteen shilligs & 6d. & to the said George [..] Johns< no role > five shillings & 6d. for
their Expences and loss of time
