At the Delivery of the King Gaol of Newgate holden for the County of
Middx at Justices hall in the Old Bailey in the Suburbs of the City of London
on wednesday the 17th. day of October 1781.

Whereas George Noone< no role > hath
at this session been bried for felony on the prosecution of Wm. Grey< no role >
and Jno. Heare< no role > , Isaac Nichols< no role > & Thos. Brown< no role > three
Witnesses having prayed to be allowed for their expences &
loss of time in the said prosecution which this Court think
reasonable It is therefore ordered that the Treasurer of the said
County do forthwith pay to the said John Heare< no role > and Isaac
Nichols
< no role > eight shillings & 6d. each and to the said Thomas Brown< no role >
five shillings & 6d.
