Warden and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Anne
within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County aforesaid

That by virtue an Order under the hands and Seals of

two of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace
in and for the County of Middlesex
(one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the Fifteenth Day
of September last

who is gone
from her) was removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint
Pancras
in the said County of Middlesex
to one said Parish
of Saint as the place of the last legal Settlement of the said
John Query and Mary his Wife whereby your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal
to this Court against the Adjudication of the said
two Justices and their said Order and pray that
your Worships will Please to appoint some Day
in this present Session for the hearing and &
determining the said Appeal and to Order that
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
said Parish of Saint Pancras
do then Attend the Court
