Controversies and differences and all matters in difference
between the said Parties touching the said Indictments

the Parties their Counsel and Accounes were referred to the
Arbitrament Judgment final End and determination of

so as the said Award should he
made in Writing and ready to be delivered to the Parties
in difference on or before Friday the first Day of June then
