a Copy, and whether they are not intitled to the Arrears. also
whether those Gentlemen who can afford to pay from 7/ to 21/
P Week for Lodging is intitled to any part of it, and why
the 8/. Money sent in was divided among the 16 eldest
Prisoners, when the remaining 27 or 28 had not a Farthing
many of whom have large Familys and greater Objects of
Charity, then most of those that got it

They beg leave to be informed why Six Persons exclusive
of all the rest should enjoy without cost the use of a Room
with a Fire Place, who let the Weather be ever so inclement
absolutely refuse to let any of their fellow Prisoners even so
much as warm themselves.

The Prisoners being inform'd there is room in Newgate
they beg the favor of being removed thereto (the last Act of
Parliament especially providing for it) according to
seniority, and not a preference given to those who may be
arrested in future, or removed from Spunging Houses

The number of Felons, Women of the Town, Paupers Etc
brought in, many of whom are in Filth & Raggs, especially the
latter with the sundry distempers they bring in with them may
be attended with serious consequencys, on sold Woman in
particular was brought in a Cart from the Parish of Bow
last Saturday who died in 10 Minutes after she was brought
here
