Middlesex on Monday the Sixteenth Day of October in
the Twentieth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Third King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the within Named
Samuel Clarke< no role > have Notice of this Petition, and that he
and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at Hicks
Hall in Saint John Street on Thursday next by Nine
of the Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgement
of the Court there upon the matter of Complaint within
Alledged.
