and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Eltham
in
the County of Kent
.
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order of Removal under the hands
and Seals of

Esquires
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex
(one being of the Quorum) bearing date the Sixteenth Day of
Julylast past
Mary Hall< no role >
the Wife of
William
Hall< no role >
who was then Absent from her at Sea and his place
of Settlement unknown was removed from the Parish of
Saint Botolph without Aldgate in the said County of
Middlesex
to the said Parish of Eltham
the said
Justices thereby adjudging that to be the Place of
her last Legal Settlement.
That you Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
by the said Order and Judgement of the said
Justices and do humbly appeal therefrom
Your Petitioners therefore most humbly pray
that your Worships would be pleased to appoint
someday in this present Sessions to hear this
their Appeal And to make an Order that the
Churhwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate
and all
Parties concerned in and about the Premisses may
then and there hear and abide by the Determination
of our Worships therein
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
