Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Saith
under Saint Paul in the City of London
Sheweth
That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal under the
hands and Seals of

Esquires
two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
(one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date on the Twenty Sixth day of August
last past
Mary Bathurst< no role >
and her Son
William Bathurst< no role >
of the Age of
Seven Months and upwards by
Thomas Bathurst< no role >
her Husband who
hath been impressed into his Majesty's Service were removed from the
Parish of Christ Church
in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid to the
Parish of Saint James
in the City of London
as the place of their last legal
Settlement
That your Petitioners conceive themselves Aggrieved by
the said Order of the said two Justices and therefore Appeal
to this Honorable Court against the same
And pray that this Honorable Court will please
to appoint a day for the hearing and determining
the said Appeal and to make such Order therein
as may be just.
And your Petitioners will ever pray
