Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex
(One whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the seventeenth day
of July One thousand seven hundred and seventy nine whereby

his Wife and their four Children
lawful Issue namely

aged fifteen Years
Elizabeth< no role >
aged about seven Years

aged about five years and

aged three Years and upwards were removed from
the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
in the County of
Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint John of Wapping
in the said County of Middlesex
as the place of their
last legal Settlement
That your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Order and do appeal against the
same
Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray
that a short day may be appointed of
this present Sessions to hear and
determine the matter of the said Appeal
