The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Faith
under Saint Paul in the City of London
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Warant or order of Removal
under the Hands and Seals of

Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date on the
Twenty sixth day of August last past
Mary Bathurst< no role >
and her son
William Batturst< no role >
of the age of Seven Months and upwards
by
Thomas Basthurst< no role >
her Husband who hath being impursed
into his Majesty's Justices was removed from the Parish of
Christ Church
in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid to the Parish
of Saint Faith on the City of London
as the Place of their last
legal Settlement.
That your Petitioners Conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Order of the said two Justices
and therefore appeal to this Honorable Court
against the same
And pray that this Honorable Court
will Please to appoint a day for the
hearing and determining [..]
appeal and to make such Order
therein as may be just.
And your Petitioners will ever pray
