Robert Smith< no role > Saith he Lodges at his Brothers in
Mint Street Southwark That he is an Acquaintance
of Mr. RawlingsThat he Came to Mr. Rawlings's
about half after Nine last SaturdayAnd about
Ten o Clock there was a Rustle in the Passage and
presently afterwards Informantheard a ChashingSaid the Clittering
of Swords at the Kitchen Door and he Saw Two
or three Men Who Informant Understood were
Fieldings Men And in a very Trifle of time
Informant heard a Pistol go off whichsaidseemed to be
from the top of the HouseThat he is pretty
sure the Soldiers were in the Passage or at the
Foot of the Stairs at the time the Pistol went off
That after that Informant heard Two or three Other
Reports of a PistolThat after the third
Report of the Pistol the Soldiers began-to Fire
from the Passage Informant thinks up Stairs
Then the Soldiers got into the Street and Fired
up at the HouseAnd kept Firing on there a
Considerable time And Informant thinks at that
time the Men up Stairs made their Escape
from the top of the HouseThat Informant
staid in the House during all the Firing But did
not See Mc. Coy till after they had done Firing
