The King against William Peck< no role > and Alice< no role > his Wife for Keeping
a Disorderly House in the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields

The Defendants did live in Princes Court Hodge Lane And were Returned in July
Sessions last for Keeping a Disorderly House , They having quit, the Nuisance in
in October Sessions last pleaded not Guilty Therefore Please to move that they
may be at Liberty to Retract their former plea And to plead Guilty As the
Prosecutor Mr Lambeth Attends to Satisfy the Court that they have quit
the said Nuisance
