for time on the Tryal of this Cause, and without
whose Testimony he cannot safely go to
Tryal, and that his said witnesses have
been gone into the Country a fortnight ago
to Sunberry [..] ,and that he cannot
be able to get the benefit of their
Testimony before the next Session, and
when he will be Able as he believes and
will do the Utmost in this power to have them
ready to give their Evidence
