On the Prosecution of Martha< no role > . his Wife for fear of Death}

Henry Davis< no role > of Mays Building in the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields
in the County of Middlesex Sirgeon and Apothacary maketh Oath that he
this Deponent for this Ten Days last past Attended the above named James
William Dodd
< no role > at his Lodgings in Bow Street Covent Garden Where he has been
Confined to his bed and Very ill in a favour and other Disorders and that he
is at this time under the Care of Doctor James likewise, And this Deponent
further Saith that the abovenamed James William Dodd< no role > is so very Ill and
Weak at this time that he is not fit to be moved out of his bed or bend Chamber
without Burning the [..] of Leveing his Life
