Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said
County of Middlesex
(one being of the Quorum) bearing date the Nineteenth
Day of August One thousand seven hundred and Fifty nine

aged about twenty six years Single Woman
was removed and
conveyed by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Chelsea
in the said County from and out of the said Parish to the
said Parish of Saint Mary Stoke Newington
by the name of the
Parish of Stoke Newington
in the County of Middlesex
as the Peace
of the last legal settlements of the said

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves to be aggrieved
by the said Order or Pass Warrant humbly appeal
to your Worships against the same and pray
Relief in the Premises and that a Day in this
present Session may be appointed for the Hearing
and Determination of the said Petition and Appeal.
