15 Day of March Anno Dom 1707: before

Who being Examined upon her Oath Saith that
this Day a Strange woman Came to her said Master
house about Seven or eight of the Clock in the
morning where name appeared now to be mary Barlow< no role >
and asked to Speake with Madam Erle her Mistresse
ofand told ye said Mary Barlow< no role > that her Mistresse
was not Stirring and asked her to come in and
Sit downe and in the Same roome was a Gold
Chaine and Locket where the said mary Barlow< no role >
was, in a basket and this Informant being up to her
mistresse the said Mary Barlow< no role > bid her not Disturbe
her Mistresse. for she was not in haste, and before
this Informant Came downe Staires againe the said
Mary Barlow< no role > was Gone. and then this Informant
Missed the said Chaine
