Bucknna Esqr : one of her Majties justices of the peace for the sd County.

on his oath Saith that on munday last, he was Robbed and
had felloniously Stolen from him divers peices of plate
weareing Clothes, and Three pounds Four Shillings in Silver
part of which Goods and many above was found in the possession of
John Thomas< no role > alys Eaton< no role > as this Depont is informed, and
this Depont further on his Oath Saith that forty shillings
part of fifty shillings found in the possession of John Thomas< no role >
alys: Eaton< no role > is the Real and individuall mony that was Stolen
from him at the time aforesaid; the said forty Shillings above
this Depont put into A paper in which was four nutmegg's

taken before Ra: Bucknall< no role > Esqr : one of her Majties Justices of the peace
for the said County.

on her oath saith that on Wednesday last searching for
ducers pieces of plate and wearing Clothes Stolen from her
the munday before she found part of the said Goods in
Possesion of John Thomas< no role > alys Eaton< no role > and fifty shillings
in Silver forty shillings of which Said mony the husband
of this Depont Swears to be his mony, and she further on
her Oath Saith that the said fifty shillings was found
with four nutmeggs which was stolen from this Depont
aforesaid the said forty shillings being put into [..] peice
of paper with the said nutmeggs the Saturday before this
Depont was Robed
