Whereas it is Certified unto me that at
the Sessions of Oyer and Terminer held in &
for the Countie of Middx on Munday ye 23d
day of this instant february John Mansergh< no role >
was land Stands indicted for will full & corrupt
perjury to which indictment he hath not
yet appeared.

These are therefore to will and require you and in her
Majts: Name to charge and command you and every
of you upon Sight hereof to apprehend the body of ye
abovenamed John Mansergh< no role > and have him before
me or one of her Majts: Justices of ye peace neare ye
place where he Shall be taken to the end he may
give Security for his personall appearance at this
present Sessions of Oyer and Terminer holden at
Hicks Hall for ye County of Middx if he Shall
be taken dureing the time of ye Sessions or
otherwise at ye next Sessions of Oyer and Terminer
to be held for the Said County after he Shall be
taken herewith there to answer the Said indictmt.
and be further dealt with according to Law, And
hereof fail not at your Prrills dated this 25th.
day of february 1707.
