Whereas it appear unto us whose hands & Seales are hereunto
sett two of her Maties, Justices of the Peace for the said County of an
Midlx (Quorum unus) by the Complaint of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poore for the Liberty above the Barrs
within the parish
of St. Andrew
Holborne in the said County that

are lately intruded and come into the said Liberty
endeavouring to Settle themselves there confrers to Law Audit a
Appearing to us the said Justices that they are in some measure
become chargeable to the said Liberty and are likely to become further
chargeable if not Speedily removed and alsoe by the Examinacon of the

Wages of Seven pounds where he continued about three Yeares and then
Married since which time he had lodged in Severall places and had not
gained any other Legall Settlemt. that Wee can finde Wee And therefore
Adjudge the last Legall Settlement of the said

Andrew
Holborne aforesaid the next and divertest way to the parish of St. Michaell
Cornhill
in the said Citty of London and deliver them unto the Churchwardens & Over
seers of the poore there who are hereby required to provide for them as the Law
diver to Given Endr. our hands & Seales this Eleventh day of November
