The Humble Petition of Elizabeth

Sheweth

That one Hanna Grantland< no role > was bound
over to appear at the last Sessions of the
peace held for this County and then & these
indicted for a notorious cheat in defrauding
your Peticoner

That the Said Hanna Grantland< no role > did not
at all appear at the Said Sessions to gave
her Baile & to plead to the Said Indictment
but hath Since meerly for delay & pure
vexation Superseded the warrant or process
of this honble Cort. by giving in fresh
Baile without any notice to yor. Peticoner
which Baile (as yor. peticonr. is credibly informed
are insufficient, and the Said Hanna Grantland< no role >
Still hitherto to Stands out in contempt

Yor. Peticonr therefore most
humbly prayes that the Said
Recognizance forfeited the last
Sessions as aforesaid may be
forthwith estreated, and such further
order had in this matter as to your
wisdom shall seem meet

And yor. Petr. shall ever
pray Etc.
