That yor Petr was Servt maid & one Mr. Mary Blay< no role > & had just by due
Nine pence & Eight Shillings for wages which her said Mistress refused
to pay her Tho: often in humble manner Demand do where upon
yor Petr was forced to apply her Selfe To Justice Dyodale date who:
granted his Warrtt the 12th: of May last who (upon hear may cause fully
on both sided & upon her said Mistressed refuseing to pay yor Petr
her said Wages) Bound her over To appear ye Last Session: Butt She
not appearing in fine The Court Ordered notice To Bee given to her to
attend which notice was given & Then she attended without Champerling
her Sollicitor And by Combination & Contiwancd which her Sollititor gott
yor Pelir out of Court To ye Appeared in St Jones Lane under Pretence
of giveing yor Petr Satiffaction her Mrs. gott into Court & by Mocom
precuered her Discharge which ye Court after understanding Ordereed Your
Pelir To apply her sesse To another Justice for a new Warrt

Whereupon Yor Petr Obtained Justices Iretons Warrtt agt her and she
removeing her Lodgings yor Petr with great truble & Charge att Last
Took her who was Bound over by Justice Met called to appeard here
This Sissions

That this great Oppression of yor Petr said Mrs. hath been a very
great turble Charge & Injury to yor Poore Petr & Tened To her utter & nine

Therefore yor poore Petr in all humility implored this Honoble Court
to Order a Short day for the said Mrs. Mary Blay< no role > to attend this
Court or to grant yor Petir a Bench Warrt Or otherwise to do for tor
Petirs Speedy relieife as to yor worshipps shall seem most meet

And yor Petir shall ever pray Etc
